HP has recently unveiled it new EliteBook 2740p which is a convertible and ultra thin tablet that also supports the feature of multitouch along with the input from pen. This latest tablet has 12.1 inches of LED screen which is powered by new Core i7/i5 processors from Intel.
Other impressive features of EliteBook 2740p include 8GB of DDR3 memory, Intel HD graphics card, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, VGA, 2MP camera, Gigabit Ethernet and others.There is a strengthened glass display in this tablet which complies with MIL STD 810G and has been tested and designed to resist humidity, dust and vibration.
The physical measurement of this tablet is 1.25 X 11.4 X 8.3 inches with weight of less than 4lbs. The tablet comes with options of 160 GB and 320 GB solid state hard disk among which you can choose the one as per your preference. The standard battery of EliteBook 2740p will last for about 5 hours and this tablet will hit the market from April this year with an expected starting price of $1600.
