An interesting new concept has been announced by Yuriy Dmitriev for a refrigerator which is known as Electrolux Biorobot Refrigerator. In this fridge concept the Bio Robot will cool the biopolymer gel through lumiscence. There will be a non sticky gel which will surround the food items whenever they will get stored in the biopolymer gel. This will allow you to create separate pods for each food item and will prevent odor of food from spreading as well.
This design does not have any drawers or doors and the food items will be individually cooled at their optimal temperature with the help of the robot. Moreover since this Electrolux Biorobot Refrigerator is capable of taking any orientation be it vertical, horizontal or even on the ceiling form, one can modify it according to the available space. Above all since there is no presence of moving parts one will not have to worry about breaking them either. Though Electrolux Biorobot Refrigerator is merely a concept at present but let’s hope to see it there in the future.
