Out of the 4 ports in the device, two are programmable and can be controlled through an application on your PC. A 6 foot extension cable is also coming out of the device which provides convenience while in use.
Thus no matter whether you wish to attach external drives, chargers, printers or speakers to your Power USB device, it will surely take care of their power consumption. The programs in the device allows you to assign hot keys for the 2 controllable outlets which can be either powered manually or can have automatic programming for on and off at the set times. The “Power USB” strip will be available in the market by August this year and details regarding its price are not yet available.
