Acer has recently added a new member to its list of Travel Mate Series of notebook in the form of its latest model called Acer TM P243 that is targeted towards the SOHO and SMB segment and comes packed with variety of impressive specifications.
The notebook is powered by 3rd generation Intel Core i5 Ivy Bridge processor and provides choice of dedicated Nvidia GeForce GT 630M GPU. There is 14 inches of HD LED backlit display in the model that provides aspect ratio of 16:9 and as compared to other traditional displays, it saves around 30% power.
The data protection features of the notebook is quite impressive as it comes packed with software’s like Acer proShield Security, Acer Office Manager, Acer Backup Manager and eRecovery Management.
Acer TM P243 comes along with FineTouch keyboard of Acer which has a water drainage design and is spill resistant. The multi gesture touchpad of the model further adds to the convenience of the users. The SignalUp wireless technology present in the notebook makes sure that the users have a strong wireless pickup even when there is outer limits of the access points which are available.
Additional specifications of Acer TM P243 include 25,000 cycle recharge, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, EPEAT Gold compliant and others. The notebook is priced within Rs.36,000.
