Karbonn has come out and announced the launch of a new tablet for the Indian market. This new tab is known as Karbonn Smart Tab 1 which comes with a sleek looking body and some attractive specifications as well. Smart Tab 1 is tagged at a price of Rs 6990 and runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich Operating system.
Karbonn Smart Tab 1 is a 7 inch full touchscreen tablet which offers the users with an acceptable resolution count. This latest device is powered by a 3700mAh battery which is capable of providing upto 7 hours of internet browsing and can deliver upto 8 hours of video playback as well. Using the micro SD card slot, users can expand the external memory space on this tablet by upto 32GB. The other connectivity options offered include 3G connectivity via a USB dongle, HDMI out etc.
Karbonn Smart Tab 1 also features a 2MP front facing camera which can be used as a web camera for video conferencing purposes. The single core 1.2GHz X burst processor ensures good processing speed and easy usability. Overall Smart Tab 1 does a decent job considering its medium budget price range for Indian audiences.
